Phone Consultation
We begin with a detailed phone consultation where our specialist learns your style, color, preferences, lifestyle needs, and project scope. We'll discuss textures, patterns, preliminary costs, and arrange samples to drop ship directly to your home or business.
In-Home Consultation
Our specialist will visit your home with tailored samples. We will finalize selections of colors, textures, and edge finishes. Precise measurements will be taken, ensuring accuracy. Following the consultation, a detailed estimate will be provided for your approval.
Confirm and Order
Once you confirm your selections and approve the estimate, we secure a deposit and place the order. Materials typlicaly arrive at our warehouse within two to three weeks. As soon as they're in, we'll reach out to scedule your installation date(s).
On-site Installation
On installation day, our team will carefully review the design layout, wood margins, and confirm edging colors, Every detail is finalized on-site to ensure your stair runner or rug is installed flawlessly, making your dream design a reality.
